MUNICIPAL COURT:

Cabool Municipal Court is held monthly, and is generally on a Wednesday evening, at 5:00 p.m. Anyone wishing to speak to the Prosecuting Attorney regarding their case can arrive at City Hall on their court date 30-45 minutes early. The yellow copy of the ticket that is given to an individual has the court date, time, and location for Cabool Municipal Court.

Court Payments:

Certain traffic citations, as well as certain municipal ordinance violations can be paid by mail or over the telephone. However, in order for a payment to be processed, WE MUST RECEIVE A SIGNED WAIVER OF GUILTY. The yellow copy of the ticket that is issued to an individual has the “waiver of appearance and plea of guilty” on the back. This must be completed and returned along with your payment, or if paying over the telephone, it must be sent in prior to making your payment. If you do not have the yellow copy of the ticket, there is a printable “Waiver of Appearance/Plea of Guilty “ form listed on this site that you can complete and return with your payment. If mailing in your payment, please send a check or money order made payable to Cabool Municipal Court, or if paying in person or over the telephone, you can use a debit or credit card. The processing company charges a 2.5% fee per transaction. If paying through the website fees are listed online.
